Whenever I try to play a video in media player,I get a BSOD with the chief info. of IRQL_NOT _LESS_OR_EQUAL.The same crash also occurs whenever a DVD is played on the laptop.
What could possibly be the reason?
Is it a driver problem?
My laptop is A Dell studio 15 with 4 GB RAM,and An ATI Radeon HD 4570.
I read online this could be a memory/BIOS Problem, but I could not identify the problem.
Please help me out.
