Hi AnukErinesh and welcome,

Do you have subtitles on if available checked? Right click up top on Library or anywhere on the top bar to get to all the options and go to play-Lyrics, captions and subtitles and click On if available.

There is a file in C:\Windows\System32 named mfpmp that I don't know why it doesn't let VobSub or any other utility to load subtitles. You delete it or move it or rename it and then you can see subtitles with no problem, first you have to take ownership of the file then just rename it to mfpmp.backup or whatever you feel like.

How to take ownership:

open cmd

type takeown /f C:\Windows\System32\mfpmp.exe

press enter then type again

icacls C:\Windows\System32\mfpmp.exe /grant (user name):F

and now you can just rename it or delete it, i suggest rename it.

if your username is made of more than one word put it in between "(user name)"
