I'm using a genuine up-to-date Win7 Ultimate 64, I5 CPU, 8gb DDR2 RAM.

For a few days now, my programs have been crashing randomly when typing/copying/pasting text. First eclipse would instantly exit and now Notepad++, Opera and others are following it (with or without a "Has stopped working" dialog).

Memtest ran fine with 0% errors, I benchmarked the CPU as well for close to an hour (Prime95 4core). Checked C:\ drive with the built in disk checker and it was also okay.

Found this in the eclipse error logs (couldn't find anything useful by searching the web):
#

Enable dmp file creation using this tutorial:

When you next get a BSOD follow this:
1. Download this .BAT file to your desktop by clicking the icon

Download

2. Right-click the .BAT file and 'Run as Administrator'
3. Locate the .ZIP file created on your desktop, and upload it here in your next reply.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I almost never get BSODs (last one is from mid-2013).

The applications simply exit.
