So for some reason my memory goes up all the time. I have let my pc stay on for 30 days and it just hit 8gbs which is weird so I restarted it. it had been on for 3 hours and already hit 3.5. I left it on all night for some torrents and it is at 6.5.

here is yesterday

here is now

doesn't even equal the amount it says either

the processor use is at 0% so I am doing nothing.
I have 16gbs of ddr4 ram.

I have had the same start up programs forever basically. no idea why this started. Screenshot by Lightshot

Post a screenshot of Task Manager - Performance tab. That is the best place to start with suspected memory problems.
Please post the screenshot on the forum, not some external site.

How about non-MS services? Tutorial isn't all about startup programs.

I believe it is ok now? Try checking the same memory tab later when things go wrong. Do you use any virtual machine software? VMware, VBox etc?

Scan with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware too (enable rootkit scanning in settings - detections)
