Memory problem...consuming about 80% of 4g and raising

OK...here is the thing.
I have never had that kind of problem in over a year of using win7,and definetely,I'm not smart enough for that.
In my sistem,I have 4GB DDR2@800,and processor AMD 5600+ installed,and have never felt a lack of memory.
Usually,when PC is in iddle,and when doing nothing,it consumes about 1,5GB RAM and 3-7% of CPU.
Problem started yesterday,after I installed Bioshock 2,I think,at least,I noticed it then.
When I start PC,it consumes about cca 30-35% of 4gigs,but after about 15 minutes,or after any heavier work(or after any usual work,it doesn't have to be heavy at all,let's say after scanning with Malwarebytes),RAM usage jumps to 90-95%,and then falls at about 80% and stay there.So what is happening?Basically nothing,CPU load falls to normal,let's say 3% where it should be when iddle,and RAM usage at idle stays at 80%??
OK,I opened task manager to find what app could eat so much RAM,but when count all together,I am at about 1,5gigs,and task manager still shows 80%.
After that,I've opened performance monitor to look there,thought maybe task manager shows wrong,but at the Performance monitor line stops at about 3300Mb,and the weirdest thing is that even there is sum of all apps no more then 1500Mb.
I tried to change paging file lower and higher,but also nothing happened,and it shouldn't because everything is still like it used to be always.
Basically,that means something is happening somewhere,and I don't see that.

So,my question would be if there is any app which could tell me what consumes my RAM?
And,just to avoid answers like "You should scan it...",yes,I did scan it with PrevX,MSSE and Malwarebytes,all updated.

Did you try System Restore?

Apparently there is a Memory Leak somewhere, this is why it's not showing in the Task Manager.

Try to restore your system a couple of days back, or at least a day before this started to happen.

I definetely would try system restore,but since I am in the lack of space on all my three partitions,I am responsible guy,and I am deleting all restore points.
Lol,what an idiot,right?And that isn't the first time I am cursing my self because of saving few gigs of space.
But funny thing happened,and I would never guess it,really.
It's quite normal for me to have 2 or 3 thousands of registry errors when cleaning registry,and I relly did clean registry tuesday morning,two days ago.Maybe ten minutes after I sent SOS call here,I ran TuneUp utilities,1click maintence,and right after it cleaned 80 registry errors(and still performing registry defragmentation) RAM usage drop down to cca 40%.
I simply can't believe it.Like I said,I used to have few thousands registry errors,and registry even untouched for weeks,but this time,only 80 errors caused that big problem???I have even installled .NET Memory Profiler so I can try discover where could memory leak,and then found out that simple registry cleaner solved it.
I've really never heard nothing even close to that,and would probably never believed if someone told me.

Are you sure this isn't just an issue with Windows 7? It seems like a lot of users, including myself, are having this problem.

Yed,I am quite sure that is not a windows 7 issue.I am using win 7 as my main(and only OS) since 7000 beta,and have never had a problem like that.
It's still unbelievable to me,but seems that some of the registry errors caused memory leaking.Personally,I've never heard about something like that,and if anyone ever asked me if that is possible,I would say NO without even think about it twice.
But hey,if I haven't see....
