memory showing in windows
Hi all my computer motherboard has a max memory of 8gb. i install 12gb when i boot into windows 7 64bit it says 12gb. will the computer used all 12gb or only 8gb

Enter your BIOS setup and on the first tab see what it says for RAM there.
