I have 6 gigs corsair xms3 ddr3 1600 3x2gigs cas latency 9 voltage 1.65 timming 9 9 9 24 the question is well going to corsair dominator memory ddr3 1600 3x2gigs be a improvment no oc,ing

Please write more tidily if you want others to help you in the future.
No, you would not see an improvement at all.
Benchmarks may show some difference, but if you don't overclock, it makes no sense to buy a dominator..
If you don't oc, go for the mainstream editions and look for 6-8 gigs of memory with higher frequency. (though that wouldn't improove the performance by much either)
