Memory_Management and PFN_LIST_CORRUPT BSOD

I just had this BSOD earlier, while surfing the net. So, can anyone tell me what caused this BSOD to appear in my system? This is the error message:

Problem signature:
Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.256.1
Locale ID: 1033

Additional information about the problem:
BCCode: 1a
BCP1: 00005003
BCP2: C0402000
BCP3: 00000792
BCP4: 0097CF04
OS Version: 6_1_7600
Service Pack: 0_0
Product: 256_1

....and this is the DMP file. I don't have any idea how to open it but I can see that everyone's attaching it to their posts so I might as well do the same.

And thanks in advance. :)

These old drivers below may have caused the issue

Remove any Adaptec Software since it is too outdated(1999) to be used in Windows 7
Code:
ASPI32.SYS 0x8e8bc000 0x8e8bfe40 0x00003e40 0x37d99842 [B][COLOR=Red]11/09/1999[/COLOR][/B] 03:46:10
Sonic CD/DVD driver (used by many different CD/DVD programs)
Please update it or remove the application (burning program?)
Code:
PxHelp20.sys 0x83ba7000 0x83babe20 0x00004e20 0x42000f7e [B][COLOR=Red]02/02/2005 [/COLOR][/B]03:23:42
Update your ZTE Incorporated USB Modem/Serial Device Driver
Code:
ZTEusbmdm6k.sys 0x93796000 0x937af600 0x00019600 0x48084831 18/04/2008 11:05:21

I don't recall installing any Adaptec software in my PC, in fact I don't even know what it is. Is there any way to locate it?

And about that CD/DVD driver, maybe it has something to do with this?:

EDIT: and I also want to mention that my RAM usage has been quite unusual lately. Like right now for instance, I'm only running Google Chrome but my PC uses 85% RAM already. Is it normal, considering I only have 1 gb RAM installed?

1GB is the bare minimum RAM for Windows7, 2GB+ is recommended for a smooth performance

The debugger cannot load the dump file properly, is this a genuine version of Windows 7?

Update your Network/Lan drivers

The USB modem driver is still oudated and is 3 years old, there is a strong possibility that it is the cause of this issue, the driver hasn't even been updated for Windows 7

Unplug that USB modem and try to replicate the issue, this will help us identify if it is the cause

I tried re-seating the RAM and so far no BSOD. If the BSOD happens again I'll try to remove the USB. I won't be able to access the internet without it though.

And I also found something in my Event Viewer.

Log Name: System
Source: Microsoft-Windows-Time-Service
Date: 2/27/2011 5:00:18 PM
Event ID: 34
Task Category: None
Level: Error
Keywords:
User: LOCAL SERVICE
Computer: Lynyrd-PC
Description:
The time service has detected that the system time needs to be changed by -57843 seconds. The time service will not change the system time by more than 54000 seconds. Verify that your time and time zone are correct, and that the time source time.windows.com,0x9 (ntp.m|0x9|0.0.0.0:123->207.46.197.32:123) is working properly.

The time it appeared is almost the exact time the first BSOD appeared. Could it possibly be the cause?

I think I found the problem. I just ran Windows Memory Diagnostic and the result says:

The Windows Memory Diagnostic tested the computer's memory and detected hardware errors. To identify and repair these problems, contact the computer manufacturer

Is it safe to assume that I have a bad RAM and I have to replace it? Or there's something else I have to consider?
