Solved memorydiagnostics failed

Been having alot of crashing since yesterday and other bizzare behaviour. Browser is freezing
Theres been some issues with this system for a while and I have had several virus.

Here is a list of problems I have had (no order):
1) windows update is failing
2) system restore does not work
3) blue screen for memory failure (1x)
4) default blue screen with generic failure
5) unable to perform chkdsk (system will crash)
6) nvidia driver update to R331 failed at on 1st 3 attempts
7) bizzare behaviour on autodesk maya when rendering dynamic fluid simulations (in batch render mode)
8) teamfortress2 crashing. this one has been ongoing for a long time. it freezes and repeats sound over and over. sometimes alt-tab will work and I can close, other times I have to force shutdown.

so based on the above, it really could be video card, hdd or memory.

I ran the memory test and it failed.
I'm not sure what the results mean. Is it just, replace/reseat memory or is there some actual information to be learned from the results?

He already knows memory is bad, why run more tests?

First, re-seat all memory, rerun test.
If it's okay, swap memory and test.
When you find the bad one, replace it.

Because the tutorial, if you have a look at it, has steps to take if errors are found. It may not be bad RAM at all.
