I Encountered a BSOD BAD_POOL_HEADER
With reasearch from google I fired up Memtest x86 + 5.01
First I tapped F2 to allow multi-core support after that i never changed any options
Esults showed my RAM passed the test

However up to this point i tapped escape and then reboot back into memtest and then hit C for a configuration menu Then i choose 3 for Error Report Mode then i notice the that the default was 2 Individual Errors but i decided to let it display Individual Errors so I press 0 to return to the main configuration and then 0 again to continue after Test # 7 [Block MOVE] I got this

This is a tutorial for memtest86+. RAM - Test with Memtest86+

There is a big difference between memtest86+ and memtest86. Why they named them so similar is too confusing, but they did. It is generally accepted by hardware experts that memtest86+ is a much better test. The multicore support is for servers which have multiple CPUs. It is not for desktops/laptops.
