Menu Highlight Graphic?

Hello, I have a quick simple question. Only some of my menus are being highlighted with a graphic. The vast majority of them are not, and it is ugly annoying for obsessive people like me. This is what I mean:

Everything should look like the one on the left, but most of them look like the one on the right (based on the selection color). Please tell me there is a simple registry fix for this?

No way to fix this.(If U using standard themes)
You must have some 3-rd party stile software. ( not shure I don't use it )
But yeah it's ugly like this.
