Menu links won't open in program

Hi,

I recently installed Guitar Pro 6 software on my computer. Installation went fine but after opening up the program I noticed that none of the menu buttons, such as file, edit etc. will open up. I tried reinstalling the program to a new folder to see if that would fix it but no luck. I started windows in safe mode and everything worked fine, so I don't think it is the program causing the problem. However, this is the only program I use that has this problem so I'm not sure.

Any help would be appreciated.

Yeah, I emailed them about the issue but haven't received a response yet... it doesn't appear they are too timely about sending a response as a few people have said they emailed tech support and havent got a response after a few weeks.

Also, its worth adding that I am able to access the program features by using the keyboard shortcuts but I just can't click on any of the buttons.

Any help is greatly appreciated as I have no idea what could be causing this....
