Backup all important files before repartitioning as something could happen that could corrupt your data while doing so.
Download GParted Live and burn the iso to a CD. GParted -- Live CD/USB/PXE/HD Boot from the CD, and use GParted to merge the unallocated partition to your current partition. If you encounter any problems along the way just ask.

The 232 GB partitions are on different drives.
Why do you need to merge them into a single drive letter, even if it were doable? What are you trying to accomplish by merging them?
I notice that your C drive appears to be "dynamic" rather than "basic". Why dynamic?
