Message on Bottom of Screen

Hello All,

I'm not sure if I have the right spot for this but I keep getting this pop up messages on the screen and I don't know what to do about them. They are not the usual pop up that you can stop normally. I'm going to try and put it up on the screen. Well, I figured out how to get it on, I think. Please help

I should explain that it always pops up on the bottom of the screen. You can't really read it but it says that This webpage wants to run the following add-on : Adobe Flash Player......
That is very old and I had already taken care of it but it continues on the bottom and it's making me nuts.

It`s telling you to install flash player, install it or click run ad-on on all websites.

I appreciate the interpretation but I would really love to get rid of the pop-ups altogether.

Installing the flash player will stop the pop ups as AddRam suggested.

Open IE explorer, click on the cog wheel under neath the red x in the top right of screen. Click manage add-ons, look for shack wave flash player, click on it and enable it. This will turn on flash player in the browser. Hence your pop up message...."add-on want to be allowed. Allow it and make sure it's enabled for all sites.
