Message on screen

Hi there, my laptop just got restarted and from now when I want to open my folders on C:/ it shows me a message on screen : " This file doesnt have a program associated with it for perfoming this action. Please install a program or, if one is already instaled, create an association in the Default Programs control panel".

Can somebody tell me how to solve this problem, will really appreciate any help. Many thanks.

Hi, thanx for your advice, I´ve try to fix it but it doesnt really help, actually nothing has changed. Another day an Error 1392 message show up on my screen. Can I ask if is still fixable or should I put my laptop in a trash? Thanx
