Messed up windows 7 icons

I installed a Windows 8 Transformation pack on my Windows 7 laptop. I decided it didn't look to great so I reverted back from a previous restore point I created. However the default folder icon did not revert back to default after the restore.

Also on my desktop there are 2 folders with a custom icon I assaigned that now has a weird smaller icon in front of it.

How do I fix these issues?!? They're driving me nuts!
