Microsoft C++ Runtime Library Error

I have been searching all over the web to try and resolve my issue with an unknown / unlisted program giving me at least once a day a Runtime Error. Here is what I am getting...

Also I have an old Windows XP Laptop for backup/occasional use etc.
This usually happens first thing in the morning when I open up the Laptop and it goes into the Restarting Windows mode. So there is nothing really running in the background, except Norton Internet Security, the software that monitors my Kodak Wireless printer, Viao updater and then Any DVD....
