Microsoft Exchange - Authentication^infintity

Incase you didnt get the title it means.... When i connect to exchange it asks me for my username and password OVER AND OVER AGIN then eventualy it stops and says "Could not connect to micorsft exchange server"

Here is my exchange information...

My Email: [email protected]
Username: (acording to OWA) AD\Mitchell (AD is my domain name lol)
Password: *******************
Server: 192.168.1.4

I know the server works becuase it was just fine on vista / xp.

I have tryed all kinds of comininations.

Please Help!

Oh and BTW. I installed Office 2010. i have tryed setting up from the Mail icon in control panel and with office itself.
