on the hardware page on my system the controller is there but has a yellow sign next to it when i try to update the driver with the 2009 driver i get this problem
the installation of this device is forbidden by system policy
i am the admin on the pc made a seprate account for admin i still get the same issue when trying o update the driver so i can use this.

Have you tried uninstalling it then re-installing the updated driver. or uninstall it then reeboot and the driver should reinstall itself, and hopefully the yellow triangle will dissappear.
