I have not received my new Windows disk as yet.
But the present system has a very slow startup.
I have been reading that Microsoft Net Framework is probably some of the problem.
So during the new install, just do not install any Microsoft Net Framework???
How will that affect the OS? I have no idea if I need or use it.
Especially Microsoft Net Framework 1, 2, 3.
