Is there anyone out there that can identify the name (title) of Microsoft's Network Status Utility (EXE)? Note: Not to be confused with the highly-revered Network Activity Utility (NetworkIndicator.exe)!
My reason for asking is that Windows 7 SP1 refuses to allow me to add its icon to my Notification Area. I've even used GPEDIT to modify (Disable) the setting of Remove Network from Start Menu.
I have no clue as to why Windows is so stingy (pronounced: anal) about its allowing this icon's presence!!!!
