I took the microsoft office folder from windows.old and put it in program files in windows 7.

How do i reinstall it using the microsoft folder or do I need the CD again?

If you did a custom upgrade, you must reinstall using the CD.

You can delete the folder you moved over, as it is useless at this point. You'll need the original install media to reinstall.
