Exactly. If your PC is infected, it poses a threat to other PC's. The infection will more then likely try to spread to your friends PC's and others, where it will spread out more... and so on.... Not to mention anything you plug into it (USB drive) will likely carry the infection to the next PC you plug it into.

Please Note:
1. Change all your passwords
2. Using utorrant and P2P is one of the best ways I know of to get infected again.
3. Programs I recommend using and keeping on your computer.
A. MSE
B. MAM
C. Windows built in firewall.
4. Any thing you had plugged into your computer while it was infected will most likely be infected also. That includes all backups.

If your computer is clean I would remove all restore points and create a new one.

Thanks guys. I will remember to pay attention next time
And MSE actually want to run and operate. I am not sure which one of the steps in this post fixed it. But Microsoft Defender Offline is recommended!
