I'm also having the same problem and I want to know if it is harmful or if I can ignore it safely.
Since this showing in my log I have 2 issues Internet is hanging in pages I have to refresh with F5 itch time before getting to the next page and my DVD Rebuilder application won't work, what I try or do it won't work.

And it's since I saw this in mine system log : Wininit ID 11

P.S I did SFC /SCANNOW, I also checked the hard drive, checked with malwarebytes pro, Eset nod 32 version 4, nothing seems to work, any suggestion?

What were the results of SFC /scannow?
did it say no problems found, or problems found and repaired, or problems found but could not be repaired?

We could use the CBS.log generated by SFC


As an FYI you would get more attention if you started a new thread

The warning is triggered by Kaspersky dll's - as the event XML states.

i since done a windows reinstall and the problem is not there now thanks for the response

All scans were good even SFC / scannow didnt find annything.
And I figured out why my Internet explorer whas hanging in pages it whas ESET Antivirus v4 I replaced it with Avast! FREE ANTIVIRUS v5.
It works fast and it saw a suspicious file that ESET didn´t see.

The Wininit warnings are still in the systemlog but it doesn't seem harmful because I don't have any problems only DVD Rebuilder still doesnt work but I gonna format windows so that I can be sure that my pc is 100% clean afterwards
So I will give DVD Rebuilder another try with the new windows 7.
