Migrate a themepack file from one Win7 to another Win7

I have my screen setup just the way I want it on one Win7 Install.

It took me a long time to notice the share a themepack? option on the Personalize screen.

I've gone through the Change Screen Metrics options plenty of times and tried to copy those.
Some things are still different. Example: I have a drop shadow on the problem screen icons text where there is just while lettering on blue easier to read on the desktop saved as the themepack.

Can the myfile.themepack profile I saved to a desktop be transferred and installed on my second computer?

Please give detailed instructions in steps is possible.

For others watching I have a lead on this.
First time I tried it for some reason no problem. Just save the name and drag and drop.
Second time all I got was 'shortcut' saves but no *themepack filetype to move.

Then I found a how to going to the Win7 save location:
