Minecraft 1.8 Shaders that works with Intel HD (HD, not 3000, etc)

Well, I have Intel HD Integrated Graphics, Quad Core CPU with 2.17 GHz and 4GB RAM. I would like to know if there are any shaders for Minecraft 1.8 that will work with my system.

Well, I looked for some drivers a few days ago and they were all up to date. I did try the ones you sent me, but they were not able to be installed. If there are any REALLY low spec shaders you know of, I would like to have the link. I wanna see how cool shaders are. :cool:
