Mini-icons on taskbar doesn't appear

So i recently downloaded this thing : http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/regs_edits/taskbarremove.reg in order to hide my taskbar, but it didn't. I didn't notice that it removed the icons on the right , you know Skype and such. Any ideas ?

Run System Restore and restore back to an available restore date that is PRIOR to running the remove utility. That should get you back to where you were originally.

Click the start "orb" and then enter System Restore in the search box and then press enter. System Restore should come up. If not, it can be accessed from Start/Programs/Accessories/System Tools. System Restore will not delete any user data or e-mails.

That registry hack is for XP by the way. Probably not a good idea to use on Windows Vista, 7 or 8.
