There are usually 3 HDD in this case, but in this image, when I installed the GTX 260, I had to remove one. Don't use it anymore though, it was Vista. It's now in an external HDD case for backing up two other PCs in the home...

That wire mass can't be good for air flow. You might want to clean it up a little.

Is it just me or does the video card's right side look like its bending upwards?

I'm not sure if there is anything that can actually be done for most of the wires.

Kirsch, I see it too, but after studying the picture a bit, I think it just has to do with the angle the camera was at. Sometime seeing stuff from a certain angle can make it look weird.

Though he can't hide the wires... he could possibly bundle them so they're not all over the place and obstructing air flow.

BTW I agree with the angle of the photo theory as to why the card looks bent.

coral snake

That's my pet Coral Snake on the right above the hard drives. Special species that is bright red.

Snakes are the leading cause of hard drive failure. I suggest keeping them towards the back of the tower.
