Hi and welcome

the minidumps (if created) are usually in C:\windows\minidump.(*.dmp) they need to be zipped to upload. They can be uploaded using the attachment icon on the reply form ( shaped like a paperclip see pic)

If they arent in minidump you can search *.dmp. Some crashes (mostly in memory) dont create dumps.

You may have to drag the dump files to your desktop to zip them.

Let us know if you need more help with any of this

Ok first of all the minidumps. Checked the directory you have highlighted and nothing is there. Do i need to activate this in windows to store the minidump?

i have changed file settings to show hidden files as well, still nothing.

The problems i am getting:

Pc freezes and i have to reboot as it becomes unresponsive. On reboot i am given the option of rebooting into windows normally or safe made etc. this can happen at any time, sometimes whilst i am just browsing, otertimese when i am playing games online. Its totally random.

I have windows 7 installed at the moment, fully updated with Nod 32 4 antivirus running as my antivirus program. All other specs of pc are in my PC details.

Many thanks for the quick replies. Hopefully if i can get the minidumps somebody can help me out and point me in the right direction.
