Format a UEFI Bootable USB Flash Drive - Create in Windows to make it bootable, or boot the Win7 disk as a UEFI device from the one-time BIOS boot menu key.
If you are only wanting to boot your Windows 7 then what is the error message when you try to boot it. This has nothing to do with the boot tab in BIOS. If you suspect your hard drive is not being detected this should be checked under Storage devices or hard drives in the General or Advanced tab or BIOS.
