What is the exact message?

Try booting to the Advanced Boot Options menu by pressing F8 during boot.
Select Last Known Good Configuration, see if that resolves the problem.

If not, do it again but select Repair you computer.

Missing helper

So I accidentally pressed F9 and I immediately got an option to open Windows 7 operating system. I pressed enter on that and it worked.
