It is possible to fix it, but the way is too difficult IMO ! It is

need4steer's post in the second page of that tutorial, but as I haven't tried it, not sure about how that trick works.
And, The
easiest way to restore things is just to reinstall Office 2010 over the existing installation. It will bring all those deleted icons back.
At the same time, if you have a junk/registry cleaner other than Ccleaner, this problem may occur once again.
