Missing Jumplist IE9 64bit

I can't seem to find out why but when I have ie9 x64 pinned to my taskbar I don't get a proper jumplist like I do when using the 32 bit,

Any ideas?

This is normal (and can be reproduced at will), and it appears from debugging it that it indeed has no shell hooks to display anything other than the default pin options.
