I bought a new microphone (USB) and started giving a lot of "static"
on it. I would like to know how to enable that tab in the Windows Mixer "Optimization"
because research on the internet and need it, to make not get this noise.

Welcome to sevenforums!

I am not sure what that Windows Mixer Optimization you are referring to? I have no such tab.

The USB mic is independent of a sound card, so that driver/software wouldn't help either.

Right click on the volume icon in notification and click Recording Devices, click on the MIC in question on the list and then:

From there try Properties, and adjust there to your liking, maybe the level tab has too high a number and is picking up unwanted noise around you? [I have mine set to 80%]
