I am having this issue with a windows 7 pro dell machine wanting to sync mobile me with outlook 2007. When I go to the sync tab I get an error message that states "Cannot register computer".
I have tried signing in and out of the account and the account is registered. That is the only information I have found in regards to troubleshooting. Also in the advanced under the sync tab there are no computers showing to be registered. Any help or thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
The computer has never synced before (so the software says). The pc is running avg and I have already checked that. The latest version of itunes is on the machine.
after brief seach I found something. I am not familiar with the Mobile me, but apple says you need a Mobile Me Control Panel to sync with Windows machines: MobileMe Control Panel for Windows

Ok. understood. Can you post a screenshot of the error message? I am not familiar at all with this, but I would think it could help anyone else who sees this thread.
