My Asus Stryker Extreme died, terrible mobo.

socket 775, 800MHz ram

Suggestions on what would be the best intel chipset to get on a Gigabyte mobo.
cpu Core2Duo 2.66MHz
ram Dominator C3 800MHz
vid 8800GTX SC acs
hdd velociraptor

I intend on transfering all current components, I will buy a new case and hdd, just because.

Considering this unit for a TS server, or as a network router, sys backup for other network puters.???

I wanted a GA EP45 UD3P, the bums sent me an open box GA EP45 UD3R, at the UD3P, new retail box price. It should work OK but they raped me good. Would never have paid the UD3P price for a UD3R if asked upfront.
They wasted so much of my time that I will most likey just eat it and move on, take the lesson learned.
