MY motherboard ( m2n-cm dvi from ASUS ) just suddenly go up to 50-58 celsius in the last few months...
Is that dangerous?
I have 1 system fan in the front of the case to floww the air to the back and a standing fan next to my opened case to help the flow...

Do the simple tests first. Make sure your CPU fan is spinning as it should. Speedfan will tell you how fast it is spinning, and the BIOS probably will too. Make sure the fins on your heat sink aren't all clogged up with dust, and that any filters over the intakes on the case are also clean.

First that's not extreme but you can find out the Temp Max for your cpu at its manufacturer. Is the internal fans blowing?

On to cleaning. Unplug the computer, and open the case. Use compressed air to blow the dust off of everything inside paying attention to the power supply, cpu,memory,video card, etc. Make sure the intake and exhuast vents are clear.

Button up the case and plug it back in. Did that help with cpu temp under load?
