Since last week whenever I turned my PC on my modem would reboot itself. I'd have to wait until it the internet is available then it will reboot itself a couple mores times until I end up having to turn my PC off. I've watched my router (wired connection) and all lights stay on. Only solution I know of(temp) is turning off both router and modem, waiting at least 10 seconds then plug them in and it's stable

After about 2 weeks of this, my computer is starting to freeze after start up. Not sure if related or not.

I think it is a modem problem. Try leaving your modem off for a few minutes and see what happens. If nothing happens. try a few hours. Then, if you dont want to replace it, try 24 hours as a last choice. Well of cource, if it fails, your only choice is to change your modem. But before doing all that, try connecting with another pc.
