Ya' know, six years ago when my son was diagnosed with diabetes I would have gladly sent you everything I had and deeded over my home if that would have cured him. That was six years ago; he's 13 now, very healthy and after a long road of learning, I think we're gonna make it. So, regrettably, I think I'm going to hold onto what $ I have....lol

No I do need the money, i need alot of it to solve my issues ($4K out of pocket due to drug-addict tenants not paying rent)

Anyway, the issue with my non-paying rent tenant is all resolved. Thank the Lord. They left the house with a big mess and i had to fit the cleaning bill PLUS 12 weeks of lost rent.

I hope to be seeing all of it back from my insurance, and claiming through insurance can only be MORE pain...not going to be a good 09 Christmas me don't think. the plus side is we already have a new tenant signed up.

How many of them do/can do things for free? Compared to the ones that either have to, or want to charge, not many.
