I have a three monitor setup, my main is connected DVI, the third is connected DisplayPort through a active DP/DVI adapter, and the second monitor in question is connected HDMI. The second monitor will not fullscreen the desktop, by this I just mean the background image and any picture, program or video I attempt to play and fullscreen. I can't find anything in the monitor manual or in windows display settings or the CCC settings that would adjust this. The pic shows the monitor in question on the left, there is at least one inch of black border not being used, when connected with DVI this is not an issue and fullscreen is maximized.

In the CCC interface, use "underscan" in the Search field.
Select Scaling Options.
Select the monitor in question, move the Underscan slider to Overscan, Apply.

lol That had to be the easiest one for you yet right?

Thanks a million. Honestly I was about to go into CCC and do a good look-through for a solution but you got me past this display hurdle so now I can move onto the next one.

Yeah, I had to search for it in past versions of CCC.
AMD has improved things and made the Scaling Options very visible under "My Digital Flat-Panels".

Yes, I remember looking at the scale page and just scratching my head on what it's purpose was, I had an idea it was it but I chickened out. Go with instincts I guess. Thanks again.

Will the basic free version suffice or is it worth it to upgrade to pro?

I had Ultramon but that program is just so damn buggy.

well thats totally uptp you, as I own the pro version and not the basic so I have no idea what the differances are, but you would have to compare them when U check out the website, but I always bet my money on the "PRO" as you can do more and get more ;)
