I loaded Win7 three computers, 2 desktops and 1 laptop. My Dell XPS is the one that keeps flashing a black screen from time to time. It seems like it is thinking for a few seconds but when this happens it is like my monitor turns off.

any ideas?

Under display adapters in device manager, is your 6800 M listed as the adapter? I ask because I'm sure it has to be a moblle graphic card and requires a specific moble driver inf file. Which you should beable to get from Dell with your service tag. If it is listed as a VGA then you definetly need the proper driver.
