Hi, I do not know how it happened. I was doing a norton antivirus scan and let my PC on during the night and when turn the screen on in the morning the screen has kind of shrink into kind of 4;3 ratio, but the screen is skewed or squashed. I have duo monitor, the secondary seems be fine. I really need help thanks.

"Looks" to me like physical damage to the monitor in the area of the cicle the screen has recieved a hard push or impact. Your only fix is a new monitor.
If it is some kind of optical illusion that does not appear on the screen and only in the photo you need to set the monitors resolution as high as it will go. Usually 1920 x 1080, that will fix the black bars at the side but not the screen damage (like I said it appears from the photo it is damaged).

thats the light reflection, i took a photo, since the screenshot it'll show up as normal, also tried switch the monitor from primary to secondary and the screen shrink(horizontally) more.

The screen resolution is set to the highest as well
