Hello,

When I play games the monitor turns off and on repeatedly. Lowering resolution does not help and it only happens with new games and all of them run without lag.

All drivers are installed/updated, average cpu temp is 35-39C and GPU 35-50C.

I reinstalled the drivers, the monitor doesn't turn off randomly except for mw3 the monitor will turn off and on more than 15 times in one match. The PC is brand new (1 week).

Can you install a dedicate Monitor Driver as well? My rig does not like it when I use the Generic Monitor driver that comes with Windows 7.

If that does not work... have you make sure that you are using your Native Resolution for both applications? I know some people that use 800 x 600 during Windows usage and 1024 x 768 while gaming or vice versa (this is just an example)... I guessing this may cause some flickering.

I am not giving you solutions, just things to test or try... Good Luck.

Finally fixed the problem :D I lowered the native resolution to 1280x720. MW3 runs without problems. I guess MW3 doesn't like 1080p :p .
