hey :D , william here just wondering what would be an ideal monitor

to plug my 360 in ?

im looking for great picture quality 24 " or so full hd 1080p so my games will look crisp :cool:

at the moment im thinking of a Acer H243H or a Samsung 2494HS

if you can suggest any others would be much appreciated ( not looking for 500000 $ monitor )

last of all jst for kicks i have 2 buy a stupid xbox 360 hdmi cable to play games on one of those 2 monitors above .. sounds ok right ? but 60 $ :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad: and im seeing all these things u have to connect to bypass or something -.-

stupid 1st gen xbox i jst wana play hd games on my 360 why must microsoft hate me ::cry:

You don't need a $60 HDMI cable. You can pick up HDMI cables for about 90% less than that.

Keep in mind with high resolution you have to have a high end video card to play the game you want at the high resolution levels.

yeah , i have a high end computer .

1 thing missing in my gaming experience my xbox 360 :(

i found some cables for my 360 ( hdmi ) but my console is 1st generation meaning it doesnt come with a hdmi port

so looks like ill have 2 get a hd tv

I have a w2207w widescreen from HP and that will use the HDMI to play the video games, highest resolution for that is 1680... but if you go higher in inches, then i think it goes up to 1920 i think....

but anyways, you only need 1080 for HD

If you take a look at my TV on the wall.

that is a 1080p 1920 vizio 32" and i got that for 370 dollars at wallmart

love that tv.. and that has 3 HDMI
