Solved Monthly BSOD pointing to ntoskrnl.exe

Every month or so it seems that a BSOD ups and grabs me. I have used BlueScreenView to try to get some idea of what is going on. It seems to indicate that ntoskrnl.exe is the main offender, but I am unsure what to do to correct the problem. I have uploaded a zip file per instructions named 'duchenow.zip'. Uninstall using the free version of Revo uninstaller in advance mode to delete registry entries.

Run a full scan with both (separately) once downloaded, installed and updated.

Perform a System File Check to check the integrity of all protected Windows 7 :

1. Click on the start rb:
2. Type CMD on Search
3. Left click and Run as Administrator
4. Type

   SFC /scannow

Disk Check on your hard drive for file system errors and bad sectors on it.

Reduce items at start-up. Nothing except anti-virus is required plus improves the time for logging in windows.

I know better than running two antivirus programs, but didn't focus on Prevx as being an antivirus program, which of course it is.
