More bsods after reinstalling

Hi there
Reinstalled today,still getting bsods
Here is my dmp file
I feel like throwing my pc out of the window im so tired of it,ive had new ram,new installs,new resgitry programs,new motherboard,still bsod with same or similar errors.

First, please turn Driver Verifier off - it's purpose is to cause BSOD's.

Next, please uninstall your RivaTuner/EVGA Precision program. The memory dumps blame RTCore64.sys - a component of that program. I seem to recall that RivaTuner isn't compatible with Win7 (but am not sure). Also, the version of your copy is from 2005 - well before Win7 was a gleam in Bill Gates' eye.
