Is Windows 7 . . .
- x86 (32-bit) or x64 ?....................................................................64Bit
- the original installed OS on the system?...........................................Yes
- an OEM or full retail version?..........................................................OEM

- What is the age of system?............................................Less than two months
- What is the age of OS installation?...................................Same

This is the second time I have been having BSOS's on a system not even two months old. Does anyone know if ASUS will replace a system that is having BSOD's?

Thanks in Advance!

They won't replace the system.

For starters, upgrade your ATI Mobility driver.

**EDIT** Also check device manager for errors. What anti-virus prog and firewall r u running?

It won't hurt to contact ASUS' support, you might find that they will replace or repair the product. I have great experience with ASUS support the two times I've had to use them.

Good on anti-virus. What about firewall? And were you able to update your video driver?

My system says the driver is up to date. The firewall is default to how ever it was when I purchased the system. Not sure how to change/check it. Pardon my ignorance.

Try the radeon driver specific for your chip:

ATI Radeon

Just get the display driver - version 10.9 - and not the whole Catalyst suite.

If you go under the start menu, and click control panel, you should see "system and security." Under that should be an link to "review your computer's status." If you expand the Security tab, you should see your firewall settings.

The driver seemed to help. My system isn't crashing as much. There seems to be some connection with my BSOD's and Hulu Desktop. Almost every time I run Hulu Desktop I get a BSOD. Especially if I pause something i'm watchiung for over 10 minutes.
