Hello everyone. I am new here. I usually can fix most things with this stupid box but this one I need help.

First let me explain. I have a system set up with multiple hard drives. I use one hard drive as a 64 bit win7 for graphics and media design. I have another hard drive set up as a 32 bit win7 for audio production. I know this is a pain in the butt but I can not run 64 bit for audio production because of driver issues. Anyways I had configured the system for multiboot with the MBR.

Now the other day I turned of the comp in the middle of the MBR loading process, "lesson learned," because I have lost my entire MBR. I have tried using the win7 cd 3 method but it does not even register an operating system to repair so I know this is waisting my time. I tried deleting the system reserved 100mb partition with DISKPART and creating a fresh new one and reinstalling the MBR with the bootsect /n60 ALL method. It did say it succeeded but it didn't.

As of now I have a fresh 100mb partition on my main drive were it existed before. I can not loose my information on either disks so reinstalling a new fresh windows is not an option. There must be a way to simpley reinstall the MBR fresh and new in the partition to make this work. I just do not know the proper steps. HELP!!!

I am lost here. What exactly were you trying to accomplish. The MBR is on the first 512 bytes of the HDD. The 100MB partition contains the bootmgr to which the MBR points. Why did you delete that?

If I were you, I would urgently save all my files with a live Linux CD before it is too late.
