Explanation: Monday morning, just after 8am in UK and Ireland, 9am in rest of the Europe, people getting ready for work and school. Just after midnight in West Coast of USA, 3am in the East, people getting ready to go to bed. Just after 5pm West Coast Australia, 7pm East, people just starting to come home from school and work, preparing dinner.

I think the time of your snip must statistically be the most quiet here on SF. Especially Sunday - Monday night.
