Hi,
Just got a consult from my aunt regarding her Emachines desktop.
Did a bit of troubleshooting to find a beeping noise on the machine.
From my understanding, it is not going through POST so it's either the motherboard, processor, RAM or the GPU that's not functioning.
Removed everything starting with the RAM = beeping
Removed processor = no beep
Put processor back in = beeping
GPU is on-board.
Beeping is a continuous one second 1-1-1-1-1.....
Is this processor defective?
Thanks in advance.
